The book is about a man of humble birth turned politician

'The Rise of NaMo and New India' is prefaced with a marvellous piece of writing that unravels the mysteries of politics with no holds barred. In a poem, the writer and the poet invokes divine guidance on writing about a great person before he starts the first part of the book, in which he gives a detailed account of how the people of India greeted Sri Nrendra Modi as a Prime Ministerial candidate in 2013, how they were excited to receive him as their national leader and how BJP swept to victory in 2014 and in 2019 as well.
The second part of the book consists of about forty poems and a few commentaries on Covid 19, the ceremony to lay the foundation stone of Ram Janm Bhoomi, the Sino-India border conflict, the national education policy 2020 and agricultural reforms 2020. The first poem is a brief biography of PM Narendra Modi, then a series of poems that describe his love for the country and loyalty towards it, his leadership abilities and his boundless enthusiasm to make the country self-reliant. A few poems feature his schemes and the historical laws introduced and reformed by his government, like welfare programmes, Clean India Movement, development of social, economic and transport infrastructure, surgical strikes, revocation of Article 370, Jammu and Kashmir geographical reorganization, law against triple talaq, ten percent reservation to lower general class And Jammu, Kashmir amended reservation and Citizenship Amendment Act. There are poems that commemorate a few great leaders like, Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar

The Rise of NaMo and New India has strange things happening in politics.

Thousands of writers have written books about the most celebrated Prime Minister. Most of them have given detailed or brief account of his life with a chronicle of his achievements. A good many of them are his biographers. ‘The Rise of NaMo and New India’ is different from their books because unlike them, it draws a perfectly true picture of the tide of public opinion swinging NaMoward in 2013 and 2014 and India’s miraculous transformation into a powerful country, marshalling its economical, social and political resources in seven years of NaMo rule. It is also exceptional in its style of writing because it is exquisitely written in ringing verse and clear elegant prose and with occasional shifts between them.

The rise of namo and new india

The Rise of NaMo and New India is a unique book on politics, as it is divided into two sections: the first part is written in prose, and the second mostly in verse. The book opens with a prayer of invocation for divine guidance; then it casts light on election campaigns in 2014 and 2019, reflecting the socio-political changes between the years 2014 and 2020, echoing public opinion and drawing a distinction between the political parties. The second section includes a brief biography of PM Narendra Modi, talks in detail about his schemes, about the laws introduced and reformed by his government and about his unquenchable thirst for development and reconstruction of the country. It briefly surveys the spread of coronavirus, features the Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony for the grand Ram temple, discusses Sino-India border conflict and explains certain new laws. One of its sub-sections contains a group of poems commemorating a few of our great fathers and their unique contributions; another one crystallizes our lasting problems.
