The quality of the product is way good and the only problem you might face will be tracking faculty. If you used to buy book from Amazon then you will disappoint with the tracking feature in this site.

The store and the support team are good and helpful, but they chose a courier service with really bad reputation (ST courier) for delivering my items. The item arrived as per the said time (2-3 days) to destination hub but the courier service did not even inform that they don't deliver to my location and I had to call myself and enquire about this. This is not good for the courier charges that we are paying, atleast customer should be informed before placing the order.

Please expand your catalogue to include virtually any book published anywhere, including second hand books. I am thinking of something like Powells. Or Amazon, if it sold only printed books, but better, and including at least all Indian languages.

Books were sent in good packing. The shipping charges of Rs. 60 can be reconsidered as most online sites offer for free. However considering the product quality and assure genuineness of product I am happy with it. The customer service team is constantly in touch till the product delivery is completed.
