I sent a whatsapp message with book name and said I want hardcover. The person immediately searched helped with link to that. When I ordered, it was a lockdown here. On the day when lock down was relaxed, they agreed to deliver and a person from Odyssey called me and personally delivered at my door. The book quality is also good. Next day itself I asked for another book and they checked and helped with ordering and again did a same day delivery.
