SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1 - 7 days to process your order. Once you place the order, expect an email or message to let you know your order is on the way!
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within about 10kms radius of our shop in Adyar, Chennai. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email or message with shipping information.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days using INDIA POST or a relevant private courier. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders as per shipping.
LOCAL DELIVERY (APPROX WITHIN 10KMS OF ADYAR) : 1-3 days : FREE
DELIVERY WITHIN TAMILNADU : 1-3 days : Rs. 60
DELIVERY REST OF INDIA (EXCEPT TN) : 4-7 days : Rs. 85
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not directly accept orders on our website for international shipping at this time. However you can Whatsapp us at +91760 06050 or email us at prismonline@prismcorp.in with details of what you wish to buy and your address. We shall see if we can ship the same to you and revert with cost, time, etc.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Prism Corporation Pvt Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
