About the Author

Kainaz Messman Harchandrai and Tina Messman Wykes are co-owners and founders of Theobroma Patisserie India. Kainaz is currently the Creative Director at Theobroma. An alumna of The Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Mumbai and the Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development (OCLD), Delhi, she was a pastry chef at the Oberoi Udaivilas in Udaipur before starting Theobroma. Tina graduated from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai and is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Tina has worked at KPMG (Bharat S Raut), Mumbai and Newedge (Fimat), London.
