About The Author :

Dr K.L. Johar got his bachelor’s degree from Panjab University, Chandigarh, in 1957 and later his master’s and PhD degrees in English literature from Meerut University. After working for over 30 years as lecturer and principal of Mukand Lal National College, Yamunanagar, he was appointed as pro-vice-chancellor of Kurukshetra University. Later, he joined as the founder vice chancellor of Guru Jambheswar University of Science & Technology, Hisar, in 1995 and brought about many educational reforms.
