Placing an Order
We have tied up with PAYU as our payment gateway. Once you confirm the order, it goes to their secure website where you complete the payment using any of the options they provide. Debit cards, Credit cards, New Banking, UPI, Mobile Wallets are all provided.
For any direct orders you place with us, you can pay by Google Pay or through a payment link we will send you.
Due to technical or internet issues, sometimes there may be issues in completing your payment online. Please try again after some time. If issues persist, please contact us on Whatsapp or Email through the CONTACT US option.
No. Account opening is only optional. You can place an order as a Guest also. But if you create an Account, it will help in faster checkout the next time you shop on the site as all details like name, address, etc will be stored already.
During checkout, in the payment page, there is a section to 'Enter Gift Card or Discount code'. Enter the discount code or gift card code here and it will apply to the amount payable for the purchase.
Please Note:
You can apply a Gift card and a discount code together in the same bill but cannot combine 2 discount codes in same bill.
If there is an Automatic Discount promotion applied on the bill already like a discount or free shipping based on purchase value , then you cannot apply another Discount code in the same bill.
Yes. We have tiedup with PAYU, one of the largest payment gateway providers in India. As soon as you confirm the order, you are redirected to their website. All your payment information is collected by them securely. Our website doesn't store any credit/debit card or bank information entered by you when completing the order.
Once you place an order and complete the payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details. In case you dont get an email, please check the orders under your MY ACCOUNT tab in the site/app. Else send us a message on Whatsapp or email through the CONTACT US options on the site/app.
Yes. But such orders need to be placed directly with us and not on the website/app.

Shipping
WE TRY AND ENSURE SAME DAY DELIVERY within Chennai (between 1pm and 9pm) for orders placed by 12noon*.
For locations outside TN, it will take between 2 - 7 days depending on location.
For Chennai deliveries, as its done locally using our own resources/local couriers, there is no tracking possible. However when we get the shipment ready and send it out, the status is updated in our system and you will get a notification.
For outstation deliveries, we use regular couriers for the same. And we update the courier tracking numbers on the order and you can also check the same in your orders listed under MY ACCOUNT section.
You can check the order status in MY ACCOUNT Section. If its not updated there for some reason, you can contact us through Whatsapp/Email from the CONTACT US page.
The shipping charges, if any, are added to your bill at time of checkout itself. There is no need to pay anything extra at time of receiving the products.
We do undertake shipping products outside India on case-to-case basis. However it may be restricted based on the product or any other reasons.
All such orders need to be placed directly and not on the website/app. You need to call or Whatsapp Us through the CONTACT US page and we shall check the availability and also inform actual delivery charges and send you a payment link. Once the payment is done, we shall process and ship it.
Returns & Cancellation
Usually you can cancel an order till the time we have shipped it. You just need to inform us via phone / Whatsapp / Email or through the CONTACT US option on the site/app. If you had paid for the product, we shall initiate a refund through the payment gateway.
If we have already shipped the order / you have received it and want to cancel for some manufacturing defects, etc., we can still arrange to take it back as long as its in proper condition and with full packing.
Returns and Cancellation will be overall governed by the policy that is outlined on the website/app.
Once you cancel the order, we shall initiate the refund through PAYU, our payment gateway. The refund is processed by them to your payment mode used, normally in 1-7 days.
If you had paid using a gift card, then the amount will get recredited to the same gift card and available for redemption in future purchase.
